About the Role

Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll handle check-ins/check-outs, answer inquiries, and ensure guests have an exceptional stay. This customer-facing role requires excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out process
  • Handle reservations and room assignments
  • Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts
  • Ensure lobby area is clean and presentable

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
