Job Description
About the Role
Provide advanced clinical services to children and families in crisis. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage complex caseloads. Serve as field instructor for graduate students and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain detailed case documentation
- Testify in family court proceedings
- Coordinate services with community agencies
- Provide clinical supervision to new staff
- Conduct training sessions
Requirements
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
- LCSW certification and state licensure
- 5+ years child welfare experience
- Court testimony experience
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
