About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. The associate will assist customers with purchases, handle returns, and maintain store appearance. This role is critical for maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle returns and exchanges according to policy
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist in visual merchandising and store displays
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals
Requirements
- Previous retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
