About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage commercial construction projects. Build strong client relationships and ensure quality deliverables from pre-construction through completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and issue resolutions
- Liaise between clients, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain thorough documentation throughout projects
- Conduct proposal presentations and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory codes
- Foster positive client relationships long-term
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related
- 5+ years experience managing complex construction projects
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills
- Experience with construction management software
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel and work on various job sites
