About the Role
Wanted: experienced plumbers to join our residential construction team. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in new residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of materials used
- Collaborate with other construction professionals
- Provide estimates for plumbing projects
Requirements
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- At least 5 years of construction plumbing experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent communication skills
