- Collaborate with RNs and physicians
- Document patient information accurately
- Educate patients and families on care strategies
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
- LPN license in the state of New York
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in acute or chronic care settings
- CPR certification
