About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Entry-Level Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role involves providing basic patient care and supporting the nursing staff in daily tasks to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, eating, and dressing
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Perform basic nursing tasks under the supervision of registered nurses
- Assist with patient transfers and positioning
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
- CNA certification from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
