About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage reservations. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring excellent service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out guests
- Process payments and manage reservations
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Provide information about hotel services
- Resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain clean and organized front desk
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends/holidays
- Problem-solving skills
