About the Role
Drive investment decisions as a Financial Analyst at Capital Partners Trust. Perform due diligence on real estate portfolios and create valuation models. Support senior advisors with market research and client presentations.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial projection models
- Analyze CRE investment opportunities
- Prepare quarterly performance reports
- Conduct market trend analysis
- Create investor presentation materials
- Assist with portfolio risk assessment
- Maintain deal pipeline database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
- 2-4 years financial analysis
- Advanced Excel modeling
- Experience with ARGUS software
- Understanding of real estate finance
- Series 63 license or willingness to obtain
- Strong written and presentation skills
