About the Role
Oversaw daily manufacturing operations at Precision Tool & Die for the evening shift. Ensure safety compliance while meeting production targets. Mentor 15+ assemblers to maintain quality standards in precision component fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production line efficiency
- Train and evaluate assembly staff
- Implement lean manufacturing principles
- Resolve equipment malfunctions
- Report on key performance metrics
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations
- Coordinate with materials management
Requirements
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- Associate degree in Operations/related field
- Knowledge of CNC/Press operations
- Proficiency with production software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
- Flexibility for 3rd shift schedule
