About the Role
Shape young minds as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Oakridge Public Schools. Develop engaging curricula aligned with state standards and foster inclusive classroom environments. Empower students through differentiated instruction and collaborative learning.
Responsibilities
- Create lesson plans for core subjects
- Implement classroom management strategies
- Assess student progress through formative evaluations
- Collaborate with special education staff
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Integrate technology into daily instruction
- Attend professional development workshops
Requirements
- State teaching certification (K-6)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Experience with differentiated instruction
- Knowledge of Common Core standards
- Background check clearance
- Proficiency with classroom technology
- First Aid/CPR certification
