Sunshine Inn & Suites seeks guest service professionals for our Orlando property. Be the face of our hotel while managing reservations, guest requests, and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently
- Handle payment processing
- Manage room inventory
- Respond to guest inquiries
- Upsell hotel amenities
- Collaborate with housekeeping
- Maintain accurate guest records
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1+ years hospitality experience
- PMS software proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Multilingual abilities preferred
