About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with equipment installation
- Read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints
- Prepare materials and tools for on-site jobs
- Perform routine wire runs and terminations
- Diagnose electrical system issues
- Conduct safety inspections of completed installations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with customer consultations and project updates
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Pass background check
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and spatial reasoning skills
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and grow professionally
