About the Role
As Retail Store Manager for QuickMart locations, you’ll oversee daily operations, driving sales and customer satisfaction at the city’s busiest convenience stores. Your leadership and merchandising skills will directly impact customer experience and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and optimize product displays
- Schedule and mentor store staff
- Handle financial transactions and deposits
- Implement safety and compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes professionally
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through strategic promotions
- Track inventory shrinkage and analyze sales reports
- Foster community relationships through outreach
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years retail management experience
- Strong cash handling and financial management skills
- Passion for customer-focused service
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail management tools
- Valid driver’s license preferred
