About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods from our manufacturer to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with vendors, carriers, and customers
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists
- Monitor shipments and resolve any shipping-related issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper receiving and storage of goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Familiarity with transportation modes and freight regulations
