About the Role
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping. Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates while implementing process improvements. Ensure safety compliance and efficient operations within a logistics hub.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse team with daily tasks and schedules
- Monitor receiving and shipping processes
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and audits
- Train new employees on warehouse systems
- Resolve operational issues efficiently
- Maintain equipment functionality and maintenance logs
- Prepare daily productivity reports
Requirements
- 3+ years warehouse experience with 1+ year supervision
- Forklift certification and experience
- Proficiency with WMS software
- Knowledge of warehouse best practices
- Ability to direct and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work in warehouse environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed
