About the Role
Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment while achieving sales targets. Assist customers with product selection, process transactions, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Contribute to a positive shopping experience through product knowledge and store upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Process sales transactions using POS system
- Maintain product knowledge across multiple categories
- Replenish merchandise and maintain visual standards
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention
- Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally
- Participate in product promotions and events
- Keep store clean and organized throughout shifts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Positive attitude and team mindset
