About the Role
Lead our dynamic retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Oversee all aspects of store operations, merchandising, and inventory management, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve store objectives
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and daily tasks
- Cultivate a customer-focused culture by providing outstanding service and resolving issues
- Drive team performance through recruitment, training, and performance reviews
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and ensure accurate stock records
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, complying with all safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience preferred
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance
- Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
