About the Role
Manage and supervise our warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments. Develop and implement best practices for inventory management, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, unpacking, and stocking of products
- Manage a team of warehouse associates providing guidance and training in safety protocols and procedures
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain managers to optimize material flow
- Develop and maintain inventory records, ensuring accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Establish and monitor safety standards to reduce risk of injury and equipment damage
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track and manage orders
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience with WMS, RFID technology, and fork truck operations
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety procedures
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to train
