About the Role
Midwest Manufacturing Co. is hiring Production Workers for our facility in Detroit. You will assemble, inspect, and package products as part of our production line team. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and efficient manufacturing of high-quality goods for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment.
- Assemble components according to specifications.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products.
- Package products for shipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
