About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our non-profit organization and drive our mission to support and empower our community’s youth.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the organization’s programs and initiatives
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial stability and sustainability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee fundraising efforts, including grants, events, and individual giving campaigns
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Represent the organization at community events and with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management, social work, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Director or in a comparable leadership role
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and financial management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for and commitment to our mission and the community we serve
