About the Role
First Coast Logistics needs a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage freight routing and warehouse operations. This hybrid role combines inventory analysis, carrier negotiations, and Lean process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Optimize LTL shipping routes
- Audit freight invoices
- Maintain WMS accuracy
- Coordinate cross-dock operations
- Develop KPIs for on-time delivery
- Source new regional carriers
- Implement cycle counting process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years logistics experience
- Proficiency in TMS software
- DOT regulations knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- APICS certification preferred
- Ability to travel 15%
