About the Role
Join our luxury hotel team as an Executive Housekeeper, overseeing the daily cleaning operations, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, and managing our dedicated housekeeping team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team members to maintain high cleaning standards
- Create and manage housekeeping schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak times
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Implement environmental and sustainable cleaning practices
- Collaborate with hotel management to meet budget and operational targets
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role (5+ years)
- Experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment (Preferred)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and housekeeping software
