Job Description
About the Role
Serve as the welcoming face for our 45-unit residential apartment community. Manage administrative duties, answer questions and provide information to residents and prospective tenants.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Managing online rental applications through Yardi/RentCafΓ©
- Checking in visitors, contractors and service providers
- Collecting rents from residents and processing lease renewals
- Scheduling maintenance orders and repairs
- Processing mail and packages for residents
- Handling move-in/move-out orientations for new tenants
- Assisting with resident events and community bulletin board
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of property management software preferred
- Must pass basic math/typing speed assessment test
