About the Role
Provide compassionate patient care as a Registered Nurse at Mercy General Hospital. You’ll administer medication, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and update patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certification in CPR and BLS
- Valid American Heart Association ACLS and PALS certification within one year of hire
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
