About the Role
Join our skilled nursing facility as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential daily care to residents. You’ll work under licensed nurses to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while maintaining dignity and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance and transfer support
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain clean and organized patient areas
- Document care provided and observations
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
