About the Role
Metro General Hospital needs ER RNs for 12-hour shifts in fast-paced Level II Trauma Center. Triage patients, administer medications, and collaborate with physician teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess trauma patients
- Start IVs and draw labs
- Document in Epic EMR
- Coordinate with EMS
- Monitor cardiac telemetry
- Deploy crisis intervention
- Maintain crash cart supplies
Requirements
- Active RN license in FL
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
- 2+ years ER experience
- TNCC certification within 6mo
- IV therapy competency
- Nights/weekends availability
- Physical stamina for 12hr shifts
