About the Role
Sunrise Elementary seeks a passionate 3rd Grade Teacher to foster a supportive learning environment. Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards, assess student progress, and collaborate with parents.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging lesson plans for 25+ students
- Administer standardized tests quarterly
- Implement IEP accommodations
- Lead parent-teacher conferences bi-monthly
- Integrate technology into daily instruction
- Maintain classroom safety protocols
- Attend professional development workshops
Requirements
- BA/BS in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification
- 2+ years elementary teaching experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Classroom
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Background check clearance
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
