About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. Collaborate with RNs and physicians to deliver quality care to diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Monitor patient vital signs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Assist with diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Arizona
- CPR/BLS certification
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Venipuncture competency
- Electronic medical records proficiency
- Excellent time management skills
