About the Role
Swift Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and audits
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicate with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
- Reliable and punctual
