About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service, manage guest arrivals and departures, and handle guest requests
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and area events
- Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organized records of guest activity
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
