About the Role
Perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment reliability. Follow strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Repair HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems
- Perform plumbing and general carpentry tasks
- Maintain safety compliance with OSHA regulations
- Monitor and order repair and inventory inventory supplies
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in building maintenance or trades
- Universal EPA 608 Certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work shift hours including weekends
