About the Role
Perform clinical lab tests to aid in diagnosis/treatment. Operate complex lab equipment while maintaining strict quality control standards in hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Process patient specimens
- Run hematology tests
- Maintain equipment logs
- Report critical values
- Follow safety protocols
- Troubleshoot instruments
- Assist with blood bank
- Participate in audits
Requirements
- Associate’s in Medical Lab Tech
- MLT(ASCP) certification
- 1+ year lab experience
- Phlebotomy skills
- CLIA regulations knowledge
- Detail-oriented approach
- Night shift availability
