About the Role
Join our skilled nursing team providing essential patient care. Assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate health records. Make a direct impact on patient comfort and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Turn/reposition bedridden patients
- Assist with mobility exercises
- Document food/fluid intake
- Respond to call lights
- Maintain clean patient areas
- Report changes to RN staff
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- High school diploma/GED
- BLS certification
- 6+ months clinical experience
- Physical stamina for lifting
- Compassionate bedside manner
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Vaccination records
