About the Role
UrbanTrend Outfitters needs a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our downtown Chicago location. Drive sales, coach associates, and maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly sales targets
- Schedule 25+ associates
- Conduct merchandise inventory
- Handle escalations/complaints
- Analyze POS reports
- Implement visual merchandising updates
- Recruit/train new hires
Requirements
- 3+ years retail management
- Inventory management experience
- Proficiency in Shopify POS
- Weekend availability
- Lifting up to 40 lbs
- Loss prevention knowledge
- Customer service certification preferred
