Job Description
About the Role
Keep our buildings and equipment in top shape as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions in a timely manner
- Install new equipment and make upgrades to existing systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly
- Adhere to safety protocols and follow OSHA guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
- Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and related equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
