About the Role
Join our dedicated team of customer service professionals as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative and help us provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding product information, orders, and account management
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system
- Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, and other relevant information to customers
- Assist with peak season and special projects as needed
- Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus and patience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software tools
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
