About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate Preschool Teacher’s Aide to support our early childhood education program. Assist lead teachers in creating a nurturing environment and monitoring student progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities
- Monitor student behavior during indoor and outdoor activities
- Help individual students with assignments and projects
- Organize classroom materials and learning resources
- Maintain accurate records on student development
- Foster a positive, collaborative classroom culture
- Promote inclusivity and diversity in learning
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Early childhood education certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in childcare or teaching assistant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and active participation in activities
