About the Role
Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory flow in our distribution center. Key focus on accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping processes
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Supervise warehouse personnel in safe material handling
- Generate and maintain logistics reports
- Ensure product quality control during warehousing
- Liaise with transportation carriers and 3PLs
- Conduct regular audits of inventory counts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related
- 2+ years warehousing or logistics experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with warehouse management software (WMS)
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations
- Excellent communication and team leadership
