About the Role
Coastal Hospitality Group seeks an experienced housekeeping supervisor for our Miami Beach resort. Lead room attendants to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms/suites
- Manage linen inventory
- Train new team members
- Coordinate deep cleaning schedules
- Resolve guest complaints
- Monitor chemical usage
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility for weekend shifts
- Leadership/supervisory skills
