Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service as part of our friendly and professional hotel team.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests, processing reservations and payments
- Answer phones and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Provide local information and recommendations to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and public spaces
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers and hotel property management systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
