About the Role
Provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in our bustling hospital. Recognized as a Magnet Hospital for nursing excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient physical, psychological, and social needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Document patient care activities and progress notes
- Uphold confidentiality and patient privacy standards
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Nursing or higher
- Valid RN license in the state of New York
- At least 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certified
- Strong clinical skills and delegation abilities
- Competent in using technology for charting and communication
