Responsibilities
- Prepare proteins and sauces

- Manage station mise en place
- Adhere to health department standards
- Assist with inventory ordering
- Train new kitchen staff
Requirements
- 2+ years line cook experience
- Knowledge of seafood preparation
- Food handler certification
- Ability to work in hot environment
- Knife skills certification
- Weekend availability
