About the Role
Join Amazon’s dynamic warehouse team in Phoenix as a Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for handling shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Your efforts contribute directly to timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
- Label and sort items for shipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
- Use handheld devices for inventory management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing/walking for entire shifts
- Basic math and computer skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
