Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand event needs
- Manage event budgets and vendor contracts
- Coordinate logistics for setup, catering, and decor
- Supervise event staff and volunteers
- Handle last-minute adjustments and problem-solving
- Monitor event feedback and improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or events management
- 2-4 years events planning experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong networking abilities
