About the Role
As a Home Health Aide with CareFirst Home Health, you’ll provide in-home assistance to elderly clients and individuals with disabilities. This role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor health and report changes to supervising nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per plan
- Maintain clean, safe environment in client homes
- Complete required documentation accurately
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- At least 1 year experience in home health care
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
