About the Role
As a Technician at IronTech Manufacturing, you’ll operate machinery and conduct quality checks in our precision metal fabrication plant. Your work will directly contribute to producing components for aerospace and automotive applications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines and lathes
- Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers and calipers
- Maintain machinery logs and update production records
- Follow safety protocols and waste management procedures
- Troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Tech or related field
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with CNC machines and shop math
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
