About the Role
Join ABC Prep Academy’s dedicated team as an Assistant Teacher in our Pre-K program. You’ll support lead teachers in creating engaging learning experiences for children aged 3-5.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in developing lesson plans
- Provide individualized attention to students
- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Help with mealtime supervision and diaper changes when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Child Development Associate Certification preferred
- Experience working with young children and families
- Knowledge of Montessori or Reggio Emilia approach a plus
