Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise IT systems. Resolve hardware/software issues and maintain service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows OS
- Manage Active Directory
- Image/deploy laptops
- Monitor help desk tickets
- Assist with network upgrades
- Document solutions in KB
Requirements
- CompTIA A+ certification
- 1+ years MSP experience
- Office 365 admin skills
- Basic PowerShell scripting
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Clean driving record
