About the Role
Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume clothing retailer. Maintain visual merchandising standards and drive store sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Process POS transactions
- Replenish floor stock
- Assist with inventory counts
- Educate on loyalty program
- Handle returns/exchanges
- Meet $350/hour sales target
Requirements
- 1+ year retail experience
- Flexible weekend availability
- Basic math skills
- Familiar with Shopify POS
- Fashion/style awareness
- Physical stamina for 8hr shifts
